JK1 BH Fairoaks Saltfleet Ty STDs

Ty passed his first class tracking trial on August 4th, 2007.
In a tracking trial the dog has to find a track of human scent on a 30 m long line and follow the track indicating six(6) scent related articles left on the track.
In Class 1, the track is 500 m long and 1 hour old. To get a result you must also pass searching for scented articles and obedience on same day. Jorma and Ty got 92 points of 100 in obedience; that was really beautiful.

Wolf did wonderful at the trial the weekend of June 14-15, 2007. Wolf ran HTDs and HTADs both days. There are roughly only 20 Aussies that have ABHA (All Breed Herding Assoc.) titles.
HTD: Wolf scored 77(4th) & 80(2nd) out of 90.
HTAD: Wolf got 86 (1st) & 88 (2nd). His 88 score was a tie for 1st but he got beat out by 2 seconds!

Sinatra aka "Nunzi" passed the Type I (Advanced) FEMA test in Texas and found 6 out of 6 victims!!
Nunzi is our second FEMA certified Urban Disaster Search dog. Nunzi is now one of only 70 or so FEMA Type I dogs in the country. Nunzi is a nephew to Hawk, who was at the Twin Towers for 11 days, and is now retired at 11.
